Understand And Strategically Improve Your Workplace Culturedo it online
Why Online?
Over the years, we’ve worked with organisations to help them transform their workplace cultures – and to reap the benefits that those transformations bring.
Up until now, we have shared our culture transformation messages on stage at many of the world’s premier events, and in-house with some of the most envied brands the world over.
And we’ve conducted enterprise-wide workplace transformation programmes spanning decades and involving tens of thousands of employees from dozens of organisations.
Here’s the thing: whilst these interventions have consistently rendered measurable improvements across a broad range of metrics, they cost money, take time and require broad-based involvement.
That’s why, at a time when workplace cultures have never been so important, we’ve created a new mechanism to help spread the word – an interactive, online resource for companies to understand and strategically improve their cultures. Faster and more effectively than ever before – and at significantly reduced rates.
Our new approach is online meetings, web-based learning, training, and a vast array of resources to drive implementation and keep you and your people focussed on ramping up the way you do things – but without getting in the way of your workflow.

Bringing Business Leaders Together Online
This initiative brings together business leaders for a one-hour facilitated online forum where they share their challenges, their ‘wins’, and their strategies to learn from and support one another.
Participants in each session will be at a similar level of seniority and must be willing to share their insights with others. There is an expectation that everyone will learn, but also that everyone will ‘give’ to the group.
This Initiative Includes
- A precursor to the initial meeting where we identify the major issues leaders would like to address – at a personal and business level.
- Collating and summarising the key issues for feedback prior to the first meeting including advice from the senior leaders on key issues they feel need to be addressed.
- Discussing the major themes drawn from each of the issues submitted – ensuring there is a balance between personal and business issues.
- Participants share their insights and we’ll draw on our experience of over 30 years working with organisations across the world.
- Facilitating connections among leaders who wish to continue to share beyond the one-hour zoom meeting.
- Meeting on the same day and time every month for six months.

The Biggest Risk With Culture Change
When we work with organisations with a view to enabling a more positive, productive culture, there are two ‘streams’ of activities that we recommend. One stream of activity relates to the implementation of improvement initiatives based on an assessment of the current culture. We believe leaders need to consider what kind of culture is needed.
